I took these photos in black and white film photography to capture human relationships with nature. I think it is important to consider how we interact with the world around us, especially the ground which we stand upon for support. I think we all have great potential to be a destructive and/or beneficial force. It is ultimately up to each of us individually to decide how we want to interact with the world around us.
