I based this piece off my fear of losing grip of reality. Schizophrenia runs in my family and I have had various relatives, who weren’t even diagnosed, not be all there mentally, but it’s typically a result of heavy drug usage. Seeing many people I care about lose touch with reality, has developed a fear within myself of losing my sense of reality. I attempt to live a healthier lifestyle to avoid that, but reality can still feel loose at times for me. With all that being said, it has become very important to me to develop structure in my life so that I feel more secure in my being.
